Terms of Service

Terms for using IGNIPOST: your account, connected networks, your content, billing and cancellation, acceptable use, liability and Moroccan governing law.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms are the contract between you and IGNITECH SARL AU for using IGNIPOST. They cover your account, payment, what you may and may not do, and what happens if something goes wrong. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Who we are

IGNIPOST (https://ignipost.com) is operated by IGNITECH SARL AU, 13, Rue Ahmed El Majjati, Résidence Les Alpes, 1er étage N° 8, Quartier Maarif, Casablanca (Anfa), Morocco. ICE 002265699000050, R.C. 432325 (Casablanca), I.F. 34488439. In these terms, "we" means IGNITECH SARL AU and "you" means the person or business that uses IGNIPOST.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Billing Policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of these terms.

2. What IGNIPOST does

IGNIPOST lets you:

  • schedule and publish posts to the networks you connect: Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, VK, LINE, Flickr, Plurk, Medium and webhooks;
  • answer Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct messages and comments in one unified inbox;
  • set up comment-to-DM automation, chat flows and drip sequences;
  • use optional AI writing assistance;
  • store files in a media library;
  • work in team workspaces with roles.

3. Third-party networks

IGNIPOST works through the official tools that each network provides. Networks can change their rules, limit what apps may do, remove features or suspend your account on their side. We are not responsible for those decisions, and we cannot guarantee that a network will accept every post or message. When a network changes how it works, we may have to change or remove the matching feature.

Your use of each network stays subject to that network's own terms.

4. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be able to enter into a binding contract. If you use IGNIPOST for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and which role each person has, and are responsible for what team members do there.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

5. Connected accounts

You may connect only social accounts, Pages and channels that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect one, you allow us to use its access token to perform the actions you ask for, such as publishing a post or loading messages. You can disconnect an account at any time.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in IGNIPOST. You give us a limited permission to host, store, copy, process, send and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to publish a post on the network you chose. This permission ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to publish it.

7. Messaging and contacts

When you message people through IGNIPOST, you are responsible for having a legal basis to contact them and for respecting their requests to stop. You must follow Meta's messaging rules: automated replies only within 24 hours of the person's last message, human agent replies up to 7 days, and one private reply per comment. For this data we act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

8. AI features

AI writing assistance is optional. Text is sent to an AI provider only when you ask for it. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable, so review it before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It bans spam, fake engagement, harassment, illegal content, scraping, malware and abuse of the service, and explains our rate limits.

10. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew until you cancel.
  • If a free trial is offered, its terms are on the pricing page.
  • Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
  • Lifetime deals are described on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • The first payment of a new paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. After that, we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires.
  • If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before your account is downgraded.

Full details are in our Refund and Billing Policy. If we change prices, the new price applies only from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts the service, other users or a network at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Download anything you want to keep first. After deletion, we erase your data within 30 days, and backups roll off within 35 days. We keep invoices for 10 years, as Moroccan accounting law requires.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep IGNIPOST available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need planned maintenance, and we may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

13. Our property

The IGNIPOST software, name, logo and website belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy, resell or reverse engineer it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

14. Disclaimers

Apart from the promises we make in these terms, the service is provided as it is. We do not promise any particular result, such as reach, engagement or sales.

15. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunities;
  • we are not liable for actions taken by social networks, payment providers or other third parties;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

To the extent the law allows, you will cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.

16. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, and the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
