Who we are
IGNIPOST is built by IGNITECH, a team based in Casablanca, Morocco. We run online shops ourselves, several brands at once, and we know what that does to your day. A post goes out on Instagram but not on Facebook. A customer asks about a size in a comment and waits until tomorrow for an answer. The sale goes somewhere else.
We built IGNIPOST to fix that for ourselves first. Now we are opening it to shop owners and marketers who carry the same load: one person, or a small team, looking after many brands and many channels.

Write a post once and schedule it to the networks your customers use: Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon and more, including WordPress, Medium and webhooks. Your images and videos live in one media library, ready for the next campaign.
Answer everyone
Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct messages and comments arrive in one unified inbox. Your team works in shared workspaces, each person with the role they need, so no question gets lost between brands.
Sell in the conversation
Most buying questions start in a comment or a message. With comment-to-DM automation, chat flows and drip sequences, you can reply the moment someone shows interest, guide them to the right product and follow up. All of it follows Meta's messaging rules, so your Pages stay in good standing.
When you want help with words, optional AI writing assistance can draft or rewrite a post. It runs only when you ask for it.
How we work
We keep things plain. Your content and your customers' messages are yours. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising. Our servers are in the European Union, and we explain what we do with data in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page.
We are still building. Many of the features in IGNIPOST came from problems we hit in our own shops, and the next ones will come from yours.
