Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using IGNIPOST: no spam, fake followers, harassment, illegal content, scraping or malware, plus network rules, rate limits and enforcement.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

IGNIPOST gives you access to your customers and to the social networks they use. These rules protect them, the networks and every other IGNIPOST user. If you break them, we can limit or suspend your account.

No spam

  • Do not send messages or comments to people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
  • Do not post the same content over and over to flood feeds, groups or communities.
  • Stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop.
  • Do not use misleading links, fake giveaways or bait to collect clicks or contacts.

No fake engagement

  • Do not buy or sell followers, likes, views, comments or reviews.
  • Do not use IGNIPOST to run fake accounts or networks of accounts that pretend to be different people.
  • Do not use automation to fake interest in your own content or attack someone else's.

No harassment or hate

Do not use IGNIPOST to threaten, bully, stalk or harass anyone, to share someone's private information without consent, or to attack people because of who they are.

Respect each network's terms

Every network you connect has its own terms and community rules. You must follow them. If a network bans something, it is also banned in IGNIPOST, even if we do not list it here.

Follow Meta's messaging rules

When you use the inbox, comment-to-DM automation, chat flows or drip sequences on Facebook or Instagram:

  • send automated replies only within 24 hours of the person's last message;
  • reply as a human agent up to 7 days after the person's last message;
  • send no more than one private reply per comment;
  • do not try to get around these limits.

No illegal content

Do not publish, send or store content that is illegal where you or your audience are. This includes content that infringes copyright or trademarks, sells banned or regulated goods without permission, promotes fraud or scams, sexualizes minors or supports violence or terrorism.

No scraping others

Do not use IGNIPOST to collect data about people, Pages or accounts you do not manage. Do not scrape, harvest or copy other users' content or contact data, from IGNIPOST or from the networks.

No malware or attacks

  • Do not upload or send viruses, malware or harmful code.
  • Do not try to access accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not probe, scan or test our systems for weaknesses unless you follow our responsible disclosure rules.
  • Do not overload or disrupt the service.

Rate limits and fair use

We set limits on how many posts, messages, API calls and uploads an account can make in a given time. Some come from your plan, and some come from the networks themselves. These limits keep the service fast for everyone and keep your connected accounts in good standing. Do not try to get around them, for example by opening extra accounts.

Keep your account secure

Use a strong password, give team members the lowest role they need, and remove people who leave your team. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.

Reporting abuse

If you see IGNIPOST being used to break these rules, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can, such as links, screenshots and dates.

What we do when rules are broken

We may review content and activity linked to a report or to signs of abuse. Depending on how serious the problem is, we may:

  • warn you and ask you to fix it;
  • remove content or pause scheduled posts and automations;
  • disconnect a social account;
  • suspend or close your account without refund, where the law allows;
  • report illegal activity to the authorities or to the network concerned.

Where we can, we will tell you before we act. If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] and we will look at it again.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
