IGNIPOST plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time. If you are not happy with a new paid plan, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of the first payment.
Plans and billing cycles
You choose a monthly or yearly plan on the pricing page. We charge you at the start of each period, in advance. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, the pricing page shows how long it lasts, what it includes and what happens when it ends.
Prices and taxes
Prices on the pricing page exclude taxes where applicable. If tax applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How you pay
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe or PayPal, as you choose at checkout. We never store your card number.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from the billing page in your account.
- After you cancel, you are not charged again.
- You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Cancelling does not delete your account. To delete it, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
When you buy a new paid plan, you can ask for a full refund of that first payment within 14 days. To ask, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us which plan you bought. You do not have to give a reason.
The guarantee covers the first payment of a new paid plan, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing. It does not cover renewals.
We refund to the payment method you used. Your bank or payment provider may take several days to show the refund. Once refunded, the plan ends.
Refunds after the first 14 days
After the first 14 days, and for renewals, we do not refund partial periods. When you cancel, you keep using the plan until the end of the period instead. This does not apply where the law requires a refund.
Lifetime deals
From time to time we offer lifetime deals. What each deal includes, and any conditions that apply to it, are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, you keep your plan for a 7-day grace period. During that time you can update your payment method on the billing page. If the payment still has not gone through after 7 days, your account is downgraded and paid features stop until you pay.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your bill, please email [email protected] before you contact your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep all the mandatory rights your local law gives you. Nothing in this policy limits them.
